I have just received my order of two hotpoint freezer basket fronts.
These were not ordered untill late on Wednesday evening, so I am very

I want to recommend your business to others. I live abroad (The Netherlands) and it was impossible to get a spare part (Filter) for my Creda dryer. Creda wouldn't deliver parts outside the UK. And the dutch representative didn't want have anything to do with Creda since it is was part of Indesit. This is a comment to add to your others praising your standard of service.
I phoned your Company on Thursday at approx 11.30am, I spoke to a very
helpfull man called Rob who took my order for a spare part for my fridge.
Rob told me that the part was in stock and as the order was placed before
2.00pm the part would be despatched first class that day.
Well, Friday mid morning the part was delivered, Friday pm I fitted the
part and my fridge was again working as normal.
In this day and age to receive service like this is well beyond the norm,
I would like to thank Rob and all the staff for their outstanding service
to me, the customer.

I would just like to thank you for your quick efficient service. I ordered
a heater element for my tumble dryer at the weekend and it arrived today.
I really wasn't expecting it so soon considering the recent holidays and
the fact that we live in the Highlands, which to some companies equals the

i am a pensioner with not much spare cash at the end of the week, and so when my washer recently broke down i was really worried at the possible cost of repairs. i called out a local repair man for an estimate who quoted £110.00. i had to pay him £35.00 for his call out and estimate. i phoned rod at your company out of desperation and described the fault. he told me that the likely cause was a blocked duct at the bottom of the machine. rod sent me a drawing of the machine with the bit highlighted. i got my nephew to have a look and found that you were right.the cost to me was nothing other than the original £35 paid to the man who came to the house. i phoned trading standards who have persuaded the chap who gave me the incorrect estimate to give me my £35 back. the point of writing to you is to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you have done for me. Having taken our washing machine with us when we moved out here we did not think that spare parts would be an issue. Dear ..... Are you aware how much of a genius you are? Or does it just seem that way when you have a great deal of experience of dealing with the Dimbo public? Your solution was the right one. My sister who was cleaning her Electra cooker had knocked the timer and it was not noticed despite her having made that mistake before and didn't spot that the tiny window went from a Hand icon to an Arrow Icon and she never spotted it! So on arrival home she checked it out and sure enough you're right and this is what had happened. You have obviously saved her a massive call-out fee and a lot of embarrassment by your kind and useful directions. Let me know if I can make a contribution to the ..... Beer Fund and I'll oblige to say thank you for your help and diagnosis with value added insight !
