Special orders are non stock lines that will be specially ordered on your behalf.

If delivery times are specified they are based on the past performance of the manufacturer, although we regret that we can not guarantee delivery within this time scale.

If the item has not be delivered to our stock within 3 months of your transaction date then we may be able to cancel the order.

Please note that special orders cannot be cancelled or returned to us for a refund under any circumstances.
